Do you cater for certain dietary needs?

Yes, we certainly do!!! Once you have selected the package of your choice, from there you will get a pop up box, where you can indicate allergies or the diet guide you would prefer. If you have a question or a query please call us for assistance.

What days do you deliver & how much is delivery?

Delivery will be every Wednesday. If your order is not delivered by 4pm, please call our Customer Service on 0405223694.

Our delivery flat fee is $13.40. Your meals will be packed in a foam box with ice packs, straight to your door step or as per your delivery instructions. There is no charge for our reusable foam box and ice packs, they will be picked up on the next delivery day.

What if I'm not home to take delivery?

You will need to leave special instructions in the cart section when ordering, detailing where to leave your order. If you are having your order delivered to a workplace, please state the BUSINESS NAME so our delivery drivers can find your workplace. Your order will be packed to keep your meals at the correct temperature for approximately 6-8 hours, they come from our cool room into a refrigerated van straight to your door. If you do not leave instructions with our team we will deliver your food as per our delivery procedures.

What happens if I live in a gated complex, high-rise or secured premise?

Please make arrangements in your notes for our driver to: 

  1. Buzz to let our driver in so he can leave your order at your front door
  2. Access your secured premise with a code or buzzer
  3. Have your meals delivered to your workplace

Will I be contacted when my delivery arrives?

Our drivers follow your specific delivery instructions and should they not be able to gain access to your delivery address, the driver will attempt to contact you immediately on the number provided to us. Should we not be able to reach you in a timely manner, your delivery will be returned to our kitchen and arrangements made for you to pick-up your meals at your earliest convenience. You will receive a call from our delivery people if the delivery is not successful.

What are the conditions of purchase?

Our meals are delivered in a foam box with ice packs. The consumer will bare all risk in respect of the meals once they have been delivered as per your instructions. We will not be responsible for any loss or deterioration, which occurs after delivery, due to non-timely collection or otherwise.

My order was not received on the expected day?

We endeavour to deliver all our orders as expected, but if you haven’t received your order when expected please contact us immediately on 0405223694 so we can make sure meals get to you fresh and as soon as possible.

Are your meals vegan?

Yes! Our meals are 100% plant-based and vegan friendly.

Why are Mama Ren's Kitchen meals healthy?

Each MRK meal is created around the science behind a whole-food, plant-based diet. Our meals are designed with the perfect balance of plant-based protein, hydrating fresh produce and nutrient-dense superfood ingredients. And they’re always 100% GMO-free and mostly free of common allergens like gluten and dairy (an occasional meal may contain gluten). Each meal is full of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and fibre to keep you feeling amazing!

Where are your meals cooked?

We are based in Sydney! All our meals are cooked at our shared commercial Kitchen of Australian Vegan Catering

How do I heat up my meals?

  • Heat the oven to 160c
  • Fresh meals: heat for 10 minutes
  • Frozen meals: heat for 30 minutes
  • Remember, you are not cooking the meal, just heating it – so, once the item is hot it is ready to eat!

Is there enough protein in Mama Ren's Kitchen meal plans?

Our plans are designed to give you all of the bioavailable, easy-to-digest plant-based protein you need to build lean muscle, trigger metabolic functions in your body and keep your energy levels up. We use an assortment of plant-based protein sources such as quinoa, hemp seeds, spirulina, nuts, chia seeds, beans, kale and many more!

How long will my meals keep for?

We only use the freshest ingredients and all meals are made to order. Your fresh meals will stay fresh for 4-5 days in your refrigerator unless otherwise indicated on the label. Your frozen meals can be frozen for up to 3 months!
